Donna Christine Bruno, a devoted mother, wife, friend, and Grandmother (Grammy), passed away peacefully on April 3rd, 2023, at 73 years old. She was born in Stamford, CT on February 27th, 1950, to Anthony "Tony" Altomare and Mollie Altomare. She is survived by her husband, Gusty Bruno, son Jamie Bruno, daughter-in-law Jenny Bruno, three grandsons; Tyler, Logan and Tate and her brother Brian Altomare, who will always cherish her memory.

She was a lifelong resident of Stamford, CT. In her younger years, Donna spent summers at Stamford beaches with her family and friends. She then went on to earn a business degree from Berkeley College and spent 30+ years in corporate America before becoming a realtor and starting her own company, Donna Bruno Real Estate, LLC. She demonstrated the values of hard work, perseverance, and compassion – she was a role model to all.

Donna had a heart of gold, loved being around people and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. She loved nothing more than spending time with her family, whether it was watching her grandchildren play hockey, hosting holidays at her house, spending time with her best friend Connie or just relaxing on the back deck, those are moments she truly cherished. Her warmth, kindness, and generosity will be greatly missed by all, but her presence will live on.

A celebration of Donna's life will be held on April 18th at 10:30am at St. Cecilia's church 1184 Newfield Ave in Stamford, CT, Interment will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery in Darien.
