Today, as I write, my mom and I were told Donna passed. We did not know. Totally shocked. We haven’t seen Donna in many, many years. We sometimes reminisce about our psychic get togethers at my mom Gloria’s home with Donna and Connie. We had so much fun and many laughs. She attended a few of my daughter’s toddler birthday parties along with her dad and Gusty. Many laughs there too. We’re so sorry for your loss. We will never forget Donna.

Maretta and I were so sad to hear of the passing of Donna. She was truly a special person who loved her family dearly. We had many fun times as our two sons went to Sacred Heart University and shared housing and many fun times. God Bless Donna and may she rest in peace.

Donna and her Senior prom date needed to find a date for Connie. I became Connie's blind date. That began a precious 55 year friendship between those two women and me. This is very hard to take. Donna would e-mail me every few months just to ask how things were going. I'd bet she e-mailed all her friends to see how they were doing. It was Donna's way. I will miss you so, dear friend.

Donna, You will be so missed by all of us and those who are not pictured. I will miss my “big sister” and all the moments we shared growing up. You and I have a special bond and I am so grateful we honored that during your time here with me. My heart is broken for Gusty and Donna's Family and friends. I will so miss talking to Donna. We kept in touch for the past 10 plus years but we've been friends for well over 50 years. I'm so glad I got to see her in 2019. I had hoped to be able to see her and Connie the next time I was in Stamford. I'll see you on the other side my friend.
