Dear Teal, My deepest condolences on the loss of David. David pretty much hid you from some of his friends during the courting process, and therefore my name may not be familiar to you. I, however, send to you the many condolences from the Cajuns that David met and befriended. Most of the stories of the “if-it-flies-it-dies” weekends in the south Louisiana marshes cannot be repeated. Rest assured that David had a good time. Laissez les bon temps rouler. Rick Bachmann

Rick, of course I remember you. Talked to Butch 2 days ago about your boat Shadow and the trips to LL&E. Always remember David laughing about them cooking in gas masks! He loved those trips! David was the epitome of a man’s man…..fond memories for sure! Thanks so much for reaching out. Much love
