Obituary of Salvatore Forlenzo, IV

Salvatore Forlenzo, IV, a resident of Boise, ID for the last 10 years and a former resident of Darien, passed away on June 15, 2012 at St. Luke's Hospital in Boise, ID. Born on September 2, 1961 in Stamford, he was the son of Nora H. Forlenzo of Darien and the late Salvatore Forlenzo, III. Salvatore graduated from Darien High School, class of 1979 and the University of Connecticut, class of 1983. He worked for Direct TV in sales. He had a great passion for Boise State Broncos, NY Yankees, rugby and biking. He also loved to travel and explore the great outdoors. Besides his mother, he is survived by one brother, Daniel Forlenzo of Norwalk and one sister, Noreen Forlenzo of Darien. He is also survived by one sister-in-law, Dianne Volpe Forlenzo and one nephew, Brandon Forlenzo. He was predeceased by a brother, Mark P. Forlenzo.
