Dear Forlenzo Family, I am deeply sorry for your loss. Sal and I have been close friends since 2004. I met him at DirecTV. We shared many interests together, specifically the Miami Dolphins, BSU Broncos, MMA and watching 'Ancient Aliens' to make fun of Georgio. I visited him daily during this last time in St. Lukes. I am still in shock that he is gone, as I am sure you are. He was a vibrant, strong and unique individual and I am proud to have called him friend. Sal was a welcome member of our family and my wife and daughter mourn his loss as well. Unfortunately, he never got to meet our newborn son. He was the first person I called when Cian was born. He had planned to come over to see him the day before he went back into the hospital, but he wasn't up to it. When my phone rang at about 1 am on the 15th, I had a dreadful feeling as I woke up. After speaking to the nurse, I knew my life would never be the same. I don't believe the pain will ever go away, but I will be a better man for having had Sal in my life for the years I was fortunate enough to know him. My wife is trying to gather all the pictures we have of him that have been taken over the years. Once she has we will digitize them and anyone who would like a copy can email me. Again, you have all of my family's love and empathy. Sal's memory will live in our hearts forever. Rest In Peace, My Friend. Clint
