I just found out my Uncle passed away. He was my father's brother. I haven't seen him in a really long time. I wish I saw him more. After my dad died in 97 we fell out of touch with him and his family. I wish his family my condolences. May he rest in peace...

I have many fond memories of your mom and dad's visits to Ann Arbor. I loved your dad's smile and genial personality. I felt like I got to know him in two very different ways - through actually having opportunities to visit with him here and through your many hilarious stories of growing up as a Foggin. I am grateful to each one of you for sharing his life with me. It is something I shall always treasure as I do the experiences with the families of each of my sisters. I can say for myself that I am blessed in knowing the Foggins, and I look forward to the day when we shall all be together again in the Kingdom where every tear will be wiped away. I end with a salute to Mr. Foggin for the wonderful man he was to me and to so many.

I just wanted to say again that we are sending all our love and prayers to each of you. I count it such a privilege to have met your father/husband/father-in-law/grandfather. He was a fine man, and I mean that in the most pristine meaning of the word. He definitely lives on in his daughters. You will continue to be in our prayers as you go through this time of grief. May God comfort you as only He can.

I will never forget the times that Mr. and Mrs. Foggin would come to visit us in Ann Arbor. We had wonderful times together, telling stories and eating good food! I remember Mr. Foggin as a very friendly and loving man who would not be outdone in generosity and hospitality. Mrs. Foggin, Mary Ann, Judy, and Patty, you are in my heart and in my prayers at this difficult time. I am sorry for your loss, yet I am consoled that you will one day see him again alive and well.
