I was shocked and saddened to hear of Carol's passing. Although years would pass without seeing each other, we could always pick up just where we left off when I visited CT. She was a good friend.

Rusty, You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. I am so glad I had a chance to get to know your mom. She loved to garden and I will never forget her flying pig statue. She will be missed.

Dear Tori and Rusty, Your mom was a radiant, beautiful and warm person to be around. Her enthusiasm for everything was amazing. I have always treasured those kitchen table conversations back in the late"70's", with your mom's smile serving as the beacon to us all. I adored your mom: her charm, wit and beauty was appreciated by everyone. Her spirit will never be gone, nor her smile! Nancy

My thoughts are with you. I didn't really get to know her, but for the short time I did, I thought she was a lovely person. I wish I had known her better.

Because of knowing the heartache of losing a loved one (I recently lost my dear mom), I am taking time out of my day to share a comforting scripture with you during this sad time. The Bible points to a time when "your dead ones will live...They will rise up" (Isaiah 26:19). We can take comfort that God is yearning for the appointed time when all those in the memorial tombs will be awakened from death into a world that is peaceful and filled with righteous people and we will not have to face death anymore. I hope this thought can bring you some comfort.
