Obituary of Keith Marshall Gaylord

Please share a memory of Keith to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Keith Gaylord, a longtime resident of Rowayton, Ct., died unexpectedly but peacefully in his sleep on May 26th. He was born in Montgomery, Ill on Sept 11, 1937. A loving father, family man, and active athlete he graduated from Michigan State University on an athletic scholarship in 1959. Keith led a full, lively and prosperous life working many years in film and television and spent much of his life as a long term volunteer with Remote Area Medical, a non-profit airborne relief corps that provides health care assistance to people in remote areas of the United States, and around the world. Adorned by many, Keith placed priority on being there for those in his life and provided love and support for everyone. His colorful inspiration and warm personality will be greatly missed as will his preeminence on the ping pong table and his ability to effortlessly captivate an audience with eloquent tales about life. In addition to his son Tim, daughter Jenny and her longtime partner Tom Juterbock, former wife Lyn, all of Rowayton, brother Bill of Arkansas, cousins, nephews and nieces. He will also be dearly missed by his beloved flat coat retrievers Teddy and Boomer. Services will be private.www.lawrencefuneralhome.com Funeral Home: Edward Lawrence Funeral Home 2119 Post Road Darien, CT USA 06820
