Philip A. Toll, a resident of New Canaan, CT, entered eternal life on Sept. 1 leaving his wife, Lillian, sisters-in-law, nephews, cousins, sons from a previous marriage, grandchildren and many loyal friends. Every day he held each of these dear to his heart. All who knew him are familiar with his professional and military accomplishments. Few know of his talents as a musician, woodcrafter, teacher, photographer. Few know of his service to those in need. Happy memories of his smiling eyes and jest for life stay with us. Please no flowers. A donation to your favorite charity or to some American Veterans Foundation will be appreciated. A memorial service will be planned at a later date.
