Howard Steele Johnson, 1919-2017. Survived by his daughter, Valerie and sons wife, Rosie. He was born in Atoka, OK. A great tennis player through College at the University of Illinois. Member of Winged Foot Golf Club starting in 1954. Publishing, advertising (public relations), the 1964-65 Worlds Fair, and executive recruiting held his attention until the late 70s. A dedicated member of Bills Club since the early 60s. Although he always thought himself a New Yorker, he lived in NYC from 1942 to 1951, Darien, CT until 1973 and Norwalk (Silvermine), CT until his death.
