As a southerner in SC I met Mrs Brooks around eight years ago,as I was helping with the Yard and the landscaping. Her husband Jim was alive then and we had a lot of great conversations. After he passed, we would go inside and sit down and talk. I have always like to pick elderly people‘s minds.They are our window into our past.She was simply amazing to talk to. I loved her much,as I was brought up to respect my elders,and as a Christian even more so. She was very blessed to have a great family and talking with her children I know they all loved her very much and respected her. She’ll be missed, but they had her a very long time more than most children do. God Bless! Cliff Williams
