Obituary of Kevin Frawley

Kevin Michael Frawley, age 61 of Darien, lost his brief battle with cancer on June 12, 2024. Kevin was born in Ridgefield, the son of William Frawley and the late Patricia Fabian Frawley. He attended Case Western Reserve and graduated from Western Connecticut State. He went on to complete his MBA at Pepperdine University and remained in California for several years before returning to Darien, CT. Kevin was known for his huge heart, incredible sense of humor, and devotion to his friends and family. His son, Jonathan inherited his “Frawley” sense of humor and his daughter Katelyn, his hair and his kind disposition. Kevin’s friends will always remember his laugh, his expressions, and his wry wit, not to mention his amazing culinary talents. He never had a friend that didn’t become part of his family. Kevin is survived by his wife, Joanne Herrick Frawley, and his wonderful children, Katelyn Frawley (19) and Jonathan Frawley (14) of Darien; father William “Bud” Frawley and his wife Shirley of Bridgeport, CT; sisters Shannon Reeve of Bethel, CT, and Denise Pedersen and her husband Rob of Milford, CT. A visitation will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2024, from 4 to 8 P.M. A farewell gathering with family and friends will start between 6:30 - 7:00 pm for a eulogy and time of remembrance at the Lawrence Funeral Home, 2119 Post Road, Darien, CT 06824.
