Dear Marilyn and the Kontulis Family,
Though I met Phedon a few years back, I feel like I've known him and your family for many many years. He would always light up when speaking of you, your children and your grandchildren.
I remember what he said when I first met him standing next to your condo looking out at the pond on Hale Lane. He said "you and he moved from one waterfront property to another". He always brought a smile or laugh to my face when talking to him.
Lastly, he so much reminded me of my grandfather. I told him that when I first met him. He was kind, funny, swimming laps in the pool (my grandfather would do that every day) and loved his happy hour. My grandfather was like a father to me. Phedon was such a wonderful dear man. I will miss him.
