I worked for Chuck in Idaho Falls during the EG&G days. He was a fantastic boss and an even better person. I remember chauffeuring him around the INEL site during the last days of his organization. He knew everyone of his employees by name, their spouses and children and personally thanked them for their help in making his team successful. This was in an organization of 700+ employees. I will never forget his genuine caring for all of his folks. Donna and Chuck were always there to support his work family. I have always tried to be a good of as a boss to my employees as Chuck was to me and the rest of Information Resources. Chuck was the best. God Bless Him. Richard Roblee

Such a kind sweet loving funny man!! Always loved our visits and was lucky enough to end up living in the same town with him and sweet Donna! Beautiful man raised a beautiful family. He will be missed by many. Heartbroken for Donna….

My relative, my friend and my buddy. We lived next to each other as kids, in idao Falls and Las Vegas as working adults and visited each other as retirees. Chuck never missed a year of coming to Las Vegas for our baseball fantasy draft and spend a week with Buddy and Freda. God we miss him and love our memories of him May he rest in peace with our Lord.

It is nearly impossible to narrow my twenty plus years long relationship and love affair with a man consider to be my father from another family! His joy and lust for life was infectious. Every moment spent with Chuck (Pops to me) was surely an entry on my life's hard-drive. From sharing a golf cart, listening to his hilarious yarns about family life in Pennsylvania, to watching Chuck play fantasy football with a "Homer" type loyalty to the Eagles, Pops made all who knew him feel warm and included. I will always cherish the memory of my family and I having a wonderful and beautiful visit with Chuck and Donna in September! My wife Zahanine(who introduced me to Chuck in 2002), our daughter, Camille and I surprised them on a Saturday afternoon! It was like a mini-family reunion! The stories flowed, the jokes were politically incorrect and the laughter filled their home with the joy of a thousand lifetimes! That is the memory that I will hold dear and near to my heart for the rest of my journeys around the Sun. God bless Pops, his wonderful wife, Donna and their beautiful family.
