Found out about his passing today. He was such a wonderful human being. He loved the fact that folks used to say he looks like James Garner. He was always so happy to talk about the most recent Maverick episode that he saw or a movie that Jim was in. I will cherish those memories, always. One of my favorites gone but in no way forgotten. Remember George as such a wonderful person who loved and cared for his family. Especially remember how excited he was when Ben Jr was finally on his way to College and continue with baseball. He called and asked advice on how much spending $ Ben would need. He figured that wIthout the $, Ben would never stay.

Kass I’m so sorry to hear this. He was an amazing man and I always think of him. He used to come to all of the games with that chair he used to bring and sit on that had one leg, that’s how I remember him. I’m happy to have met him. I hope now he will see Ben again.
