I was operated on for a hernia when I was 10 years old in 1958. I remember him to be a very warm and personable person. I ran into him on occasion over the years and was still that caring Doctor.

I knew Jack from my years as a urologist at Nowalk Hospital. He was not only a terrific surgeon but a wonderful human being. He was one of the good guys.
