Obituary of Rita L. Viteretto Ritch

Rita L. Viteretto Ritch, a lifelong Darien, CT resident, passed away on March 25 at the Stamford Hospital at the age of 70. Rita Ritch was born on June 11, 1946 in Greenwich, CT. She is the daughter of the late James "Bull" Viteretto and Rose Marie DePiro. Rita worked as a hairdresser for CCB Haircutters. She is survived by her son David Ritch and daughter Kelli Ritch. With her King Charles Cavalier side kick "Winston" at her side she offered many words of wisdom including "you must learn how to float!". A Memorial Mass will be held at St. John R.C. Church, 1986 Post Road, Darien on Friday March 31 at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to P.A.W.S., 504 Main Avenue, Norwalk, CT 06851 or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
