I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Kipp for over 16 years. Mr. Kipp was not only my boss, but more of a father figure to me. He taught me a lot and I will be forever grateful. He was such a brave man, wile battling his cancer, I talked to him just over two months ago and he still made light of what he was going through, never seemed down, and took it with a grain of salt. He was definitely a "Gentle Giant" and there will never be another like him. RIP "Trey" and thanks for always treating me wonderfully!!!! Jeanne Strayhall

Thinking of you. I always remembered Moms story, and I hope I am remembering this correctly, of her and Dad visiting Rowayton for the first time. They were paddling a canoe on the 5 Mile River when they surprisingly ran into Trey and Sue. They new each other from UVM. That was one of the reasons our family settled in Rowayton. It was always a joy to run into the Kipp family and have you as neighbors. Joelle LaClair

Trey was an inspiration to everyone as he battled his illness. His ready laugh and smile, cheerful greeting (always), and genuine interest in swapping stories made Trey a terrific neighbor and friend. We will miss him, and we will also pray that his love and caring for Sue will forever be a blessing to her and to his entire family. Ed and Helen Kweskin
