Obituary of Margaret Messinger Renz

Margaret 'Marnie' Messinger Renz, a 30 year resident of Darien, passed away on Friday, January 14, 2005 at Courtland Gardens in Stamford. Born August 20, 1930 in Milwaukee, WI, she was the daughter of the late Clifford and Gertrude Merker Messinger. She was 74.
Mrs. Renz was a member and volunteer at St. Luke's Episcopal Church in Darien and was very active in charitable organizations in Darien.
She is survived by her husband, Walter F. Renz of Darien; two daughters, Clara R. Broad of Tampa, FL and Emily D. Barron of Natick, MA and their spouses, Brian and Walter; two sisters, Mrs. Edward 'Polly' Bullock of Mequon, WI and Mrs. William 'Joanne' Wight of Shelburne, VT and two grandchildren, Nathan and Andrea. Predeceased by one brother, Clifford F. Messinger, Jr.
A Funeral Service was held at St. Luke's Episcopal Chapel, Darien on Thursday, Janaury 20, 2005.
