Rosanne Flynn, 59, of Darien, Connecticut passed away peacefully at her home on the morning of Wednesday, October 26, 2011 Roseanne was predeceased by her parents Dominic and Dorothy Posillico. She was born in Yonkers, New York July 9, 1952. Roseanne later moved to Bridgeport, Connecticut in 1966. She graduated from Notre Dame Girls High School in 1970. She married her husband Robert J. Flynn in June 1974. They shared many happy memories throughout their 37 years of marriage. The highlight of their life together was the birth of their daughter Christine in 1986 and her recent marriage to Joseph C. Devine. Roseanne was an artist and her palette was her homes in Darien and Rhode Island. Everyone and everything sparkled in her presence. She was also an avid New York Yankees fan who loved the baseball seasons. She leaves her extended family and friends to cherish her memory forever. Friends may call at 2:00 3:00 p.m. Saturday October 29th at the Edward Lawrence Funeral Home, 2119 Boston Post Road, Darien, Connecticut. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM at the Funeral Home. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the ASPCA at www.aspca.org or P.O.
