Antoinette F. Marinella Obituary
Antoinette F. Marinella, a life long Stamford resident, passed away on Friday, February 17, 2006 at Brighton Gardens in Stamford. Born September 2, 1913 in Stamford, she is predeceased by her mother, Santina Pia Frattaroli and her parents Michael and Mary Frattaroli. She was 92.
Mrs. Marinella attended Stamford schools. She was a sale associate for many years at C.O. Miller Department Store in Stamford and worked for several years as a clerical worker at G.E. Credit. She was a member of St. Maurice’s Church in Stamford.
She is survived by her daughter, Joan M. Scribner of South Salem, NY; two grandchildren, Susan Tassitano of Cumming, GA and Beth Boyland of Bedford, NY and four great grandchildren, Jennifer and Joseph Tassitano and Julia and William Boyland. She is also survived by one step-brother, Louis Lapolla of New Canaan and several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband Carmine J. Marinella.
Friends may call at the Edward Lawrence Funeral Home, 2119 Post Road, Darien, CT on Monday, February 20, 2006 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Maurice Church, 358 Glenbrook Road, Stamford on Tuesday, February 21, 2006 at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery in Darien.
