Obituary of Marie Terese Kelly

Marie (Terry) Terese Kelly, a long-time resident of Darien, CT and a resident of Long Boat Key, FL, passed away on May 20, 2015 after a courageous battle against cancer. Born in San Bernardino, CA, she is the daughter of Liz Hodges and the late Gordon Hodges.
Terry grew up in Southern California and headed east upon acceptance to Georgetown University where she met her husband of 49 years, Joe Kelly. She worked as a realtor at Scott Associates in Darien for almost 20 years. She shared her time with numerous organizations in both Fairfield County and Long Boat Key, FL. Her greatest joy, however, was spending time with dear friends and family. Besides her mother, she is survived by her husband Joe, her daughter Erin, her son Colin and his wife Adrienne, and their 3 children, Caitlin, Patrick and Kiera.
A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Thomas More Church, 374 Middlesex Road, Darien on Thursday, May 28, 2015 at 10:30 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Cancer Support Team, 2900 Westchester Avenue, Suite 103, Purchase, NY 10577. www.lawrencefuneralhome.com
