Obituary of Marion Kirsch

Marion Kirsch, a lifelong resident of Darien, CT, passed away on Saturday, August 4, 2012 at Stamford Hospital. Born September 8, 1936 in Stamford, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Ada Calgreen Festo. She was 75. Marion graduated from Darien High School, class of 1954. She was a member of the Darien Senior Center. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, William Kirsch of Darien; two sons, Craig Kirsch of Newtown, CT and Gary Kirsch of Manchester, CT; and three grandchildren. She is also survived by a brother, Thomas F. Festo, Sr. of Darien. The family will receive friends at the Edward Lawrence Funeral Home, 2119 Post Road, Darien on Thursday, August 9, 2012 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. A graveside service will be held at St. John Cemetery, Darien on Friday, August 10, 2012 at 10:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
