Obituary of Bridget (Ann) Hanley

Bridget (Ann) Hanley, a 20-year resident of Vernon, CT and a former Stamford resident, passed away on Saturday, January 23, 2016 at Hartford Hospital, Hartford, CT. Born on April 26, 1938 in Bridgeport, CT, she was the daughter of the late Ellen Hayes Hanley and Thomas J. Hanley, Sr. She was 77.
Bridget is survived by her sister, Peg Slinsky and her husband Gary of Darien; 2 nephews, Gary Slinsky, Jr. of Darien; Sean Slinsky of San Francisco, CA; 2 great nephews, Hugo Slinsky and Patrick Vicente and 1 great niece, Crystal Vicente.
She was predeceased by 2 brothers, Peter Hanley and Thomas Hanley, Jr.; a sister, Theresa Blundell; and 1 beloved niece Susan Vicente.
The family would like to thank the staff at New Seasons for the exceptional care they gave Bridget.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. John R. C. Church, 1986 Post Road, Darien on Saturday, January 30, 2016 at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery in Darien.
