Obituary of Harvey G. Seavy

Harvey G. Seavy, a resident of Redding, CT and a former long time resident of Darien, passed away on Thursday, February 1, 2007 at Meadow Ridge Health Care Center. Born July 23, 1918 in Cranford, NJ, he was the son of the late Marion and Edna (Roessing) Seavy.
Harvey worked as a manufacturer’s representative.
He is survived by his wife, Mildred N. Seavy of Redding; a son, Mark Seavy of Ridgefield and two grandchildren. He is also survived by a brother, Garth R. Seavy of Scotch Plains, NJ and a sister, Margaret Ann Catts of Newark, DE.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Noroton Presbyterian Chapel, 2011 Post Road, Darien on Friday, February 9, 2007 at 11:30 AM. Burial is private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Habitat for Humanity International, 121 Habitat Street, Americus, GA 31709-3498.
