Obituary of Eleanor Valentine White

Eleanor Valentine White, a resident of Ossining, NY and a former long time resident of Darien, passed away on Saturday, February 3, 2007 in Ossining, NY. Born August 24, 1914 in Buzzards Bay, MA, she was the daughter of the late William and Sarah (Valentine) White. She was 92.
Eleanor was a former long time employee of General Data Communications and a parishioner of St. John Roman Catholic Church in Darien.
She is survived by several cousins. She was predeceased by her sister, Mary Bryarly.
A Graveside Service will be held at St. John Cemetery, 233 Richards Avenue, Norwalk on Thursday, February 8, 2007 at 10:30 AM. The Edward Lawrence Funeral Home, Darien is handling the arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a local animal shelter or to the ASPCA.
