Mrs. Janice and Family, I was so saddened to hear of Mr. Jim's passing. He was one of the most respected Woodway members, and it was a pleasure to caddy for him. I will truly miss him. Dear Janice and family, Our thoughts and prayers are with you. I was fortunate to know and work with Jimmy for many years. He was one of the first to welcome me when I arrived in NY and I will never forget his advice and support. His ability to navigate Wall Street with high morals and impeccable manners is something we should all admire. I shared many golf games with Jimmy in the US, Scotland and Ireland, every game was competitive and tremendous fun. He will be sadly missed. A very sad day for us all. Steph and Vanessa Duckworth

Jimmy, you know you were a big part of my life growing up. I am proud of everything you have accomplished and prouder still to call you cousin. I will miss you immensely, buddy. RIP. Janice, JP, Julia; my heart goes out to you. This is not the way it's supposed to happen and I struggle to know what to say, except, I am glad he has such a wonderful family to keep his spirit alive.

I have known Jimmy for the majority of my working life, but he wasn't just a colleague, he was also a very dear friend. When I needed his help and guidance, he gave it willingly and unselfishly. A couple of seasons ago I had the pleasure of Jim's company on a lads ski weekend in the French Alps and have very happy memories of all of us sitting around after a hard day on the piste, drinking a glass of wine and just talking. His company and amusing anecdotes were the soul of the party; a simple but great pleasure. A great man and a great friend. He will be sorely missed.
