Obituary of Joseph Costa

Joseph Costa, a resident of Stamford and a former Darien resident for more than 30 years, passed away on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at Stamford Hospital. Born on September 26, 1953 in New York City, he was the son of the late Joseph and Mary (Frangione) Costa. He was 62.
Joseph graduated the New York High School for Printing and was a longtime commodity broker on COMEX.
He is survived by his wife, Donna (Meehan) Costa of Stamford; and three children, Jennifer Anne Costa of Berkeley, CA; Joseph Costa of Bridgeport, CT and Michael Costa of Stamford, CT. He is also survived by his brother, Patty Costa of Jackson, NJ and his sister, Rosanne Tholke of Bronx, NY.
The family will receive friends at the Edward Lawrence Funeral Home, 2119 Post Road, Darien on Friday, May 13, 2016 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A Prayer Service will be held at the Edward Lawrence Funeral Home, Darien on Friday, May 13, 2016 at 12:00 PM.
