Emma F. Frate, a long time resident of Darien, passed away on Thursday, April 12, 2007. She was born in 1904 in Pennsylvania. She was 102.
Emma was a long time parishioner of St. John R.C. Church in Darien.
She is survived by two daughters, Marie Lucas of New Canaan and Gloria Abate of Kissimmee, FL; and several nieces, nephews and grandchildren. She is also survived by one sister, Mary Conetta of Stamford. She was predeceased by her husband James Frate.
A Prayer Service was held at the Edward Lawrence Funeral Home, Darien on Tuesday, April 17, 2007. Burial followed at St. John Cemetery, Darien.
