Obituary of Anne B. Vickers

Anne B. Vickers, a resident of Stamford and a former longtime Darien resident, passed away on Thursday, August 1, 2013 at Edgehill in Stamford. Born on March 31, 1922 in Montclair, NJ, she was the daughter of the late John and Martha Beal. She was 91.
Anne was a legal secretary to General Council at AMAX. She also volunteered at the Darien Library. She was a member of Noroton Presbyterian Church since 1957 and also served as a Deacon.
She is survived by her husband Charles J. Vickers; two sons, Richard B. Paddock of Jacksonville, FL and David Paddock of Oakton, VA and five grandchildren. She was predeceased by two brothers.
A Funeral Service will be held at Noroton Presbyterian Chapel, 2011 Post Road, Darien on Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at 10:00 AM. Interment will be private.
