I am deeply saddened by the loss of our kind and gentle friend. He was always ready and willing to help us out at the High School, even if it meant rearranging his personal plans for the day.He will be greatly missed by us all - He was a very special man!

I am the webmaster for the Fingar Family website, and I always appreciated all the information and suggestions Lee contributed to the site. In addition, he was the driving force behind the successful Fingar/Finger Family reunion in 2003. We will miss a great yet humble man.

When Lee and Helen lived for a short time in Seattle they became close friends. Our kids played, we shared many a delicious dinner and good wine and enjoyed so many of the same things. Thru the years we stayed in contact and when we talked by e mail or phone it was as if we saw them just yesterday. We have such wonderful memories. Lee will always have a special place in our hearts. He was generous in all ways,fun,kind, an inspiration,well respected,and most importantly a great husband, father, granfather and a true friend. Our love and sympathy to Helen and all the family.
