Dear Judy, My thoughts and prayers are with you, as we remember Paul. Aristotle said " A Friend is another self; i.e. a person who looks out for your welfare as if it were his own !" That certainly is Paul. I shall always treasure his friendship.-Blessings always, Fr.Bill

Cousin Paul will be deeply missed. He was always a true and loyal friend, willing to lend his help and support as well as friendship. A true gentleman, and devoted family man as well as devoutly religious man. He will be remembered in our prayers as well as you Judy and all of your family. Love, Carlos (Cousin Roddy) & Heather Rodriguez

DEAR JUDY AND FAMILY, GROWING UP AS KIDS AND ADULTS WE REALLY NEVER GOT A ''GOOD'' OPPORTUNITY TO KNOWN PAUL, YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY VERY WELL, BUT REGARDLESS OF HOW WELL WE KNEW YOU BOTH OR FOR HOW LONG, ITS ALWAYS A SAD DAY LOSING WHAT I CONSIDER A FAMILY MEMBER, AS WEVE ALL SHARED THIS EXPERIENCE BEFORE AND ITS THE SAME FOR ALL PEOPLE IN EVERY COUNTRY. ANYWAY, WE HEARD FROM PHYLLIS AND MY SISTER, REGGIE, ABOUT PAULS PASSING AND ALL WE WANT TO SAY IS YOU ARE IN OUR THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS. I ALREADY KNOW THE ANSWER, BUT KINDLY LET US KNOW IF THERE IS ANYTHING WE CAN DO FROM OUR CURRENT RESIDENCE IN SOUTHERN SPAIN AND SHORTLY THEREAFTER TO COPENHAGEN. DEEPEST CONDOLENCES, LOVE, THOMAS y ANNI.

Dear Judy...We will call you soon...This sad news...You and Paul have been special inspirations for us over the years...and earlier, during the HBS years, Paul was an important good friend whose counsel helped me survive those intense two years on the banks of the Charles. Still recall also the climbs of Mt. Marcy in 1956 and Mt. Washington in 1957...after which we headed off to embark on our chosen careers. It was of course memorable that I caught the garter at your wedding (with our own stories which pick up when Susie threw the same garter at our wedding two years later}. It has been good to travel with you both during the HBS mini-reunion groups to interesting places...also during the Boston reunions. And more recently there have been the Wilton visits...and then the too infrequent phone calls. Also still recall your granddaughters shepherding us into your 50th anniversary gathering during that Hannah Storm! With Susie's and my sympathy and love..trusting you will be finding the strength to carry forward in the time ahead. Bob Fetter

Dear Judy & the Girls, My heart is broken. A wonderful and wise man was Paul. He shared with me his life journey, his business journey and his faith journey all the time. How lucky he felt to have met you Judy and how proud he was of his daughters and the men they married. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Justin O'Connor
