Fannie M. Kerrigan Obituary

Fannie M. Kerrigan, a resident of Richmond, VA and a former 85-year resident of Stamford, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, November 5, 2007 with her family by her side. Fannie was employed by Bloomingdale’s for 35 years.


Fannie was preceded in death by her husband, Edward J. Kerrigan and her brother, Thomas Vast. She is survived by her daughter, Carrol M. Kerrigan of Richmond, VA; her son, Robert J. Kerrigan and his wife, Bunny, of Haymarket, VA; three brothers, Joseph, James and Lester DiVasto; her sister, Lulu Bacher; three grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.


A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Sacred Heart R.C. Church, 37 Schuyler Avenue, Stamford on Friday, November 9, 2007 at 11:00 AM. Entombment will follow at St. John Cemetery, Darien. Edward Lawrence Funeral Home, 2119 Post Road, Darien is handling the funeral arrangements.
