Obituary of Aliza Margaret Murphy

Aliza (Lisa) Margaret Murphy, a long time resident of Darien, passed away on Saturday, November 10, 2007 at Stamford Hospital. Born in 1964 in Springfield, VT, she was the daughter of Susan M. Murphy of Darien and Charles T. Murphy of North Egremont, MA.
Lisa graduated from Darien High School, class of 1983.
Besides her parents, Lisa is survived by two sisters, Jacqueline Maxwell of Trumbull, CT; Paige Jordan of Monroe; a nephew, William Jordan and a niece Carly Jordon both of Monroe, CT. She is also survived by her long time companion, Ben Bruno of Darien. She is predeceased by her grandmother in January, 2007, Margo Moore Myers. .
The family will receive friends at the Edward Lawrence Funeral Home, 2119 Post Road, Darien on Saturday, November 17, 2007 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM followed by a Memorial Service at the Funeral Home at 11:00 AM. Interment private.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Noel Foundation, 1100 High Ridge Road, Stamford, CT 06905 or to North Shore Animal League, 25 Davis Avenue, Port Washington, NY 11050.
