As a long standing member of The Stamford Roasters,I can state unequivocally that much of our success and longevity was attributable to Bob's input and dedication.He was always the first to volunteer and the last to seek recognition.His family should be proud of the legacy left behind for I never heard of anything but accolades said of Bob.He was one of Stamford's better known personalities with a ton of friends.He will be sorely missed but we will still raise our glasses in his honor during our future get togethers. Bob's warmth and quick wit is indelibly in our minds. A stalwart member of the "Dirty Dozen " of the Stamford Roasters, he is one of the key people responsible for it's success. The quality and thoughtful detail added to the Charicatures given to each Roastee is solely due to the effort and care Bob took to make their portrait a cherished memory, ready for a place of honor. We now have our cherished memories of God's good and humble servant, ready for his place of honor, after a life of thinking of others.
