Marilyn Brothers Goodrich Obituary

MARILYN BROTHERS GOODRICH died this past week. Mother of Darien residents Gail Cunningham, Grandmother of Kevin Cunningham (wife Karen), Christine Cunningham, and Great Grandmother of Jack and Colin Cunningham.


Marilyn was born in Canton, Ohio and lived most of her life in Bedford, New York and Eastham, Cape Cod, Massachusetts. She was a land, sea, and wildlife artist who was very inspired while on the Cape, and also an avid birdwatcher and Audubon Society member.


The last six months of her life she spent being cared for by the Dominican Sisters of Hawthorne at Rosary Hill Nursing Home in Hawthorne, New York. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Lawrence Funeral Home in Darien and internment is private.
