Obituary of Colleen E. Keenan

Colleen E. Keenan, a life long resident of Darien, passed away on Wednesday, May 14, 2008 at Stamford Hospital. Born in 1967 in Stamford, she was the daughter of Elizabeth Burke Adcock of Darien and the late John J. Keenan. She was 41. Colleen graduated from Darien High School, Class of 1985. She worked for Modern Gas in the accounts receivable department and prior to that worked for Petro. She was a parishioner of St. John R. C. Church. Besides her mother, she is survived by her step-father, Charles W. Adcock of Darien, two bothers, Charles W. Adcock, Jr. of Chantilly, VA and Timothy Keenan of Danbury, CT and one sister, Christine Keenan of Groton, CT. She is also survived by three nieces and many aunts, uncles, cousins and godchildren. Friends may call at the Edward Lawrence Funeral Home, 2119 Post Road, Darien on Friday, May 16, 2008 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. John R.C. Church, 1986 Post Road, Darien on Saturday, May 17, 2008 at 12:30 PM. Burial will follow at Fairfield Memorial Park in Stamford.
