Obituary of Margaret V. Papp

Margaret V. Papp, a lifelong resident of Darien, died on Sunday, May 18, 2008 at the Richard Rosenthal Hospice Residence in Stamford. Born in 1910 in Stamford, she was the daughter of the late Lewis and Mary (Oros) Papp. She was 98.
Margaret was a long time employee of Conde Nast Publications and a long time parishioner of St. John R.C. Church in Darien. She was also a member of the Darien Senior Center and AARP.
Margaret is survived by many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by four brothers and two sisters.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. John R.C. Church, 1986 Post Road, Darien on Wednesday, May 21, 2008 at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery in Norwalk.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to St. John R.C. Church, 1986 Post Road, Darien, CT 06820.
