Obituary of William Ray Marquet Jr.

William Ray Marquet (Billy) Jr. Long time Darien resident, and resident of Stamford CT passed away on January 21,2025 in Stamford he was 60. Born November 13, 1964 in Stamford he was the son of William Ray Marquet Sr. and Lucille (Metraux) Marquet. Billy graduated from Darien High School and was a retired Mechanic. He enjoyed Hunting, Fishing, Auto and Motorcycle restoration as well as radio controlled trucks or cars. Billy also enjoyed cooking and grilling and showed his love through food by often lending a helping hand. Billy also loved traveling to Vermont, North Carolina and Tennessee as well. Billy is survived by his loving wife Nancy A. Marquet, as well as his daughter Rachel V. Marquet and 4 Cats as well. In addition to his parents, Billy was predeceased by two sisters Denise Russell and Michelle Marquet.
