Obituary of Genevieve A. Grega

Genevieve (Jean) A. Grega, a long time resident of Darien, died on Wednesday, September 17, 2008 at the Richard L. Rosenthal Hospice Residence in Stamford. She was 71 years old and the husband of retired Darien Police Officer William Grega.
Born in New Rochelle, NY in 1937, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Lee Agnifilo. Besides her husband, she is survived by a son David Nash of Los Angeles, CA; a brother Louis Agnifilo of Mt. Kisco, NY; a sister, Susan Agnifilo of New Rochelle, NY; an aunt; two nieces and a granddaughter, Jessica Landman of Ramah, CO.
There will be no calling hours and burial will be private. A Memorial Service will be held at the Calvary Baptist Church located at 988 Post Road in Darien on Wednesday, September 24, 2008 at 1:00 PM. The Edward Lawrence Funeral Home in Darien is handling the arrangements.
