Obituary of Rose Theresa Taloni

Rose T. (Yorfino) Taloni, a resident of Norwalk, Stamford, Darien, and also of Hallandale, FL died on Sunday, October 19, 2008 at Honey Hill Care Center in Norwalk, CT. She was 91. Born in Stamford on March 19, 1917, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Stella Yorfino. Rose was a graduate of Stamford High School and also owned the Soundview Variety Store in Norwalk. Rose was a member of St. John Roman Catholic Church in Noroton. Rose is survived by her son Adam and his wife Valerie of Bonita Springs, FL; her daughter Stella Suarez of Norwalk; four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Rose is also survived by her sister Marion Denicola of Stamfor. She was predeceased by her husband Anthony, three brothers, and one sister. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday, October 22 at 11:00 AM at St. John R.C. Church, 1986 Post Road, Darien, CT. Interment will follow at St. John Cemetery in Norwalk.
