Dear Cousins: My sweet Aunt Peggy, your Mom. Unconditional love is the first thing that comes to mind. She truly was one of a kind. I will miss her & that wonderful laugh that she had after being lovingly teased by one of us or Uncle Bert. Not a mean bone in my Aunt Peggy's body! I remember running over to Sylvan from Overbrook La looking forward to my overnight w/cousins Betsy & Nancy. Aunt Peggy would always greet me at the door with a smile despite knowing the 3 of us would be "up to something" for the next 24-48 hours. She even served Betsy & I lunch with a straight face when Bets & I arrived at the lunch table wearing green and navy tights on our heads (over our butch haircuts) - Betsy & I acting like it was the most normal thing in the world. The tights, of course, were our long flowing braids which we would toss over our shoulders as we played in the woods for hours! We always had fun and Aunt Peggy was always a good sport. Aunt Peggy - always the lady-she is someone to emulate. I will never forget that she told me that I shouldn't swear because it makes my pretty face not so attractive! Wise words that I have always carried with me - and everytime I swear, I think of Aunt Peggy's advice. Needless to say I think of her often!! The world was made a better place because Aunt Peggy was in it. I/We will miss her. Love Cousin Bunny
