Obituary of Jean E. Taylor

Jean E. Taylor, a resident of Norwalk, passed away on Friday, February 6, 2009 in Norwalk, Born in 1931 in Illinois, she was the daughter of the late William L. and Margery McFadden Taylor. Jean retired from Wachoiva Bank as an officer. She was very active in the art world, an avid painter and very active in the welfare of animals. She was also president of the African Violet Association of Westport. She is survived by three lifelong friends, Teresa Kish of Norwalk, CT; Hilde Brown of Wilton, CT; and Waldruad Hoffman of Germany. Jean is also survived by the Saylor family of Virginia, IL. She was predeceased by her brother, William Taylor, Jr. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, February 11, 2009 at 11:00 AM at the Edward Lawrence Funeral Home, 2119 Post Road, Darien.
