Michele M. McNamara, of Stamford, CT, passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2009 in New York City. Born June 12, 1956 in Jenkintown, PA, she was the daughter of the late Elizabeth (Moser) and Louis R. Hahn. She was 52.
Michele was a member of the Daughters of American Revolution and the Junior League of Huntington, NY.
She is survived by her husband, Edmund P. McNamara and daughter, Margaret M. McNamara both of Stamford. She is also survived by two brothers, James L. Hahn of Newton Square, PA and Louis L. Hahn of Perkasie, PA and two sisters, Mary Louise H. Setta of Chelsea, MI and Elizabeth H. Decker of Waterloo, NY; and three nieces, Patricia Moser Amon of Ardsley, PA; Kathryn E. Moser of Flourtown, PA; Peggy H. Daly of Haverford, PA.
Friends may call at the Edward Lawrence Funeral Home, 2119 Post Road, Darien on Sunday, March 29, 2009 from 3:00 to 7:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the Church of St. Cecilia, 1184 Newfield Avenue, Stamford on Monday, March 30, 2009 at 10:30 AM. Burial will follow at St. Patrick's Cemetery, Huntington, NY.
